The early morning full moon wasn't as pretty as a couple days before. This is the worm moon? Who names this stuff?
Other than insurance, calling the paver company back and looking for a pattern, there wasn't much on my schedule. I called Raul first to let him know, hoping he would mention it to his boss ... then I called the boss. Boss said okay, but didn't give me a day. And so the wait begins!
In the meantime, I finished up this quilt top. I really do like this pattern.
Not a great picture, but every time I opened the door for the puppies, this guy was singing like crazy. Spring seems to be here and he's looking for his soul mate. He literally sat in that acacia tree and sang all day long!!
That's when I noticed the bunny. Unlike my metal ones, this one is real. I can't figure out where they stay at night, but every morning now, he's drinking at my water station.
Spring is definitely here when you see these darn guys. I spotted one, but by the time I got my camera, it was gone. The next morning, 20 had taken it's place. In no time, my lawn will be completely covered. Time to get out my fork and dig up every one I can see. 118 later, I gave up and I have a SMALL yard. Watch where you walk, because there are holes everywhere!!
If I can gather up enough energy, I'll be off to the Desert Museum this morning. Rain is supposed to hold off until maybe 2:00. I'm tired of sitting home and in photography withdrawal. I'm hoping to come up with something cool to see.
For those unlucky few who are dealing with the time change, I feel for you. I stay on Arizona time ALL the time, even when I'm in California. It's so much easier that way!!
Hopefully everything will fall in place like that piece of cake and you'll be a happy camper.
ReplyDeleteBe Safe and Enjoy!
It's about time.
Oh I hope so too Rick! I could use a nice piece of cake! LOL
DeleteI would have eaten that cake, too! Worth the stomach ache!
ReplyDeleteI have to say, it's the best one I've ever made. It fits my sweet tooth perfectly!
DeleteThe cake does look yummy.
ReplyDeleteI saw a bunny yesterday morning too but I had so many pics that I had to leave him out. LOL
I understand the need to get out - today is my need to stay in and putter around home.
I do love the bunnies!!! And I enjoy being inside sometimes too!
DeleteYummy looking cake. Wish one would fall on my floor :)) Save yourself some pain and buy fertilizer with dandelion killer in it. Kills them dead real quick. And they stay gone. Glad it's finally spring time in Tucson.
ReplyDeleteThere IS such a thing? I'll definitely get some because dandelions are taking over the world!!! Maybe the next big panic!!
DeleteAwesome picture of the bunny and the cake. Have a fun outing!
ReplyDeleteIt was SO nice to get out!!
DeleteCheck the cost for the Escapee ERS. $99/year.
ReplyDeleteWow ... that's cheap!! I'll definitely give that a look! Thank you!
