Truck Goes To Doctor!!

One quick picture this morning.  I'm on my way to get and oil and fuel filter change in my truck.  They are early birds like me ... my appointment is at 7:00 am.  That means I have to get my morning act together!

This is what happens when the temps hit 95 and you forget to check the zucs every day.  They get HUGE!  Same with the yellow squash!  One second it's too small and the next it's TOO BIG!  It was actually quite tasty smothered in cheese and bread crumbs, baked in the oven.  I took your advice Barb!

There was a quick run to Costco ... way too early for me that caused an OMG moment and a stop at the lodge ... also too early, but the chicken is officially mine!

I'll fill you in on the rest when I get back from my best friend's Doctor checkup.  That would be my TRUCK!!  She needs oil and filters before the dreaded soon-to-be-required SMOG TEST.

Here's to a happy no-problems day!!

  2. Not for sure, but it looks like you might be able to buy your way out of the smog test in the near future. May not happen, but Newscum needs $$$$, and that is one way to get it. What does that tell you about all the smog tests we have had in the past? Valueless and worthless. Now, though, not to have one may have some value. Who knew?

    1. I knew he was desperate for money. Now they say the fuel companies are going out of business here and he's going to ration gas. So just how are the truckers going to get products to the stores?

    1. They say his regulations are forcing the fuel companies out of business in California, so his plan is to raise prices up to $10.00 a gallon, with RATIONING. Don't know how any trucker is going to stay in business in California if that's true.

  4. Do you manage to take your Fur Baby on errands in the summertime, or do you just leave him at home?

    1. Sometimes, but generally, it's too hot to take him.
