When we are home, we get ribs from Sams, I remove the skin, cut them so there are 3-4 bones per rib slab, baggie and freeze.

When ready to cook some, pull the amount you want and thaw in fridge overnight. Then oil up the slabs, and rub low to zero carb rub over them, put them in crock pot with the meat side down. Normally cook 4-6 of the cut slabs at a time. Last, I poor 4-6 tbls BBQ sauce...Sugar Free flavor by 'G. Hughes', 1 carb per tbls, over them and close the lid. Cook on high for 30 minutes, then low for 4-6 hours. "IF" you want, you could pull out and BBQ after 4 hours, but at 6+ hours it will fall apart on BBQ. I was AMAZED how good the ribs were in a slow cooker like this.
Dave Burdick (GoingRvWay.com)https://www.blogger.com/profile/10706797381982584920noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5818111637898313184.post-61920672975140102512019-07-31T04:53:12.204-07:002019-07-31T04:53:12.204-07:00It is officially monsoon season. Neither of our parents were into camping like that.
I remember how bland the food tasted when my mother used the Pressure Cooker (Predecessor to the Instant Pot) to make a meal. When we cook our Ribs on the Grill, I start the grill first to warm it up then we double-wrap them in Foil with only a bit of sauce. Then I turn the heat down to under half. Most times you can cut the meat off the bones with a fork.
Be Safe ans Enjoy the cooler temperatures.

It's about time.Rick and Kathy Rousseauhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05187734210342762674noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5818111637898313184.post-77342795857035026372019-07-30T08:38:44.327-07:002019-07-30T08:38:44.327-07:00Interesting desert storm there and you git some go...Interesting desert storm there and you git some good pictures. Have never had smoked ribs though.our awesome travelshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13031755671050584629noreply@blogger.com
