It really should be taught in high school, but it's not. Once they get that part down, they move on to debit cards. That's partly because you can't seem to make up your mind. The other day it occurred to me that maybe you should investigate a seasonal lot rental in both locations, or a park model. It would eliminate the need to make a decision between the two. It might not be that unreasonable from a financial standpoint. I know you know how to crunch the numbers.
