You tried. I don't do fish in the fryer because I try not to bread it either. We've done it on the grill mat in Weber though or fry pan.Patsy Irene (Chillin' with Patsy)https://www.blogger.com/profile/17023685247825134744noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5818111637898313184.post-91087456481296154412019-07-15T05:12:38.508-07:002019-07-15T05:12:38.508-07:00I have to say even fresh cod doesn't smell all...I have to say even fresh cod doesn't smell all that great! Since the piece of Cod might be thick or thin I can't give you percise baking time, about 10-15 min...but you will see when it is done, it flakes apart and if it is white all the way through, it is done. Some people add paprika on top, or other spices, before, during or after it is cooked. As for me, I don't like cod because I cooked way too much of it in the restaurant and even worse, know what too old of Cod smells like. If you can find decent salmon, it grills really well. Then drain on paper towels. You can bake it with no breading just until it flakes with a fork. our awesome travelshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13031755671050584629noreply@blogger.com
