Yes, it's by the pound ... $11/lb if I remember right. I've only seen it at Dickman's. It is one of their own creations, coming from near the bottom sirloin and is not known by any other name. It's not pretty (kind of sliced up), hence the name, but highly marbled. I rank it up there with a really good tenderloin (never marinated)!!Nancy Kissackhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03225296192386107554noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5818111637898313184.post-85353959152489733802016-03-26T08:03:21.424-07:002016-03-26T08:03:21.424-07:00Have a question for you about ugly steak is it t...Have a question for you about ugly steak is it the steak that is good or is it the marinade that makes the steak good
Being marinated also softens the steak more
And when you buy it how much do you pay per pound
I know it's close to ball steak and try tip. I know it's sold only at Dickinson market but does it go by any other market name. ?? 2500 miles is a long way to go for a piece of steak but I do have an excellent butcher here in Florida and guarantees he won't sell any Florida beef unless you like shoe leather
So if you compare that to tenderloin marinated ? how close would we be
(A special note )
(anyone that marinate tenderloin steak needs to be hung up at high noon )

Mister edhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00293854096422236002noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5818111637898313184.post-89517938361676110622016-03-26T06:27:56.150-07:002016-03-26T06:27:56.150-07:00You know me well ... of COURSE I saved some for Co...You know me well ... of COURSE I saved some for Cooper!! ...Hope you saved a little of the steak for Cooper.

Haven't paid California taxes since 1986 tax year, but paid a healthy amount between 1972-1986, that's for sure. Paid much less in Arkansas percent ways, but still paid a bunch there too. Now in Florida, just federal tax to worry about. I think one day soon you too will have much less to do with Jerry and his welfare state. :)Dave Burdick (GoingRvWay.com)https://www.blogger.com/profile/10706797381982584920noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5818111637898313184.post-29600373199673953152016-03-25T19:11:15.684-07:002016-03-25T19:11:15.684-07:00I think I would have a long talk with the tax atto...I think I would have a long talk with the tax attorney
Even if you do have a good CPA they can only give advice
Your situation is unique only to your situation
One other thing if you do collect Social Security you are entitled to legal consultation
And there's got to be an IRS tax office that you could make an appointment at close by
Or you could go out make another pizza,,
,I still vote for beer and pizza.,,,,that's only because I don't know what kind of wine goes with pizza

Mister edhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00293854096422236002noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5818111637898313184.post-46811786817744859672016-03-25T16:46:43.579-07:002016-03-25T16:46:43.579-07:00We retired, sold our house and moved into an RV, a...We retired, sold our house and moved into an RV, and the market tanked. (2008) Sound about right? We have friends who have to work part time because they did the same thing we did at the same time we did but their tank got a little more empty than ours did.
